GARY
Gary
Ranch, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist
who is dedicated to improving his clients’ wellbeing.
Stemming from his own experience as a Vietnam combat
veteran, Dr. Ranch has long been interested in and
has become expert in assessing and treating posttraumatic
stress disorder. In addition to treating individuals
with PTSD, he has served as the mental health disaster
coordinator for Larimer County in Colorado, spearheading
responses to floods, fires and shootings. He also
provides crisis debriefings to businesses and organizations
and consults with staff members of Larimer County
Department of Human Services regarding secondary stress.
Dr. Ranch
is a skillful evaluator; he contracts with the Department
of Human Services to provide psychological evaluations
and court testimony as an expert witness. He does
competency evaluations for the courts as well. In
addition to his trauma expertise, Dr. Ranch provides
treatment for mood disorders, anxiety and stress,
relationship concerns, transition and life change.
